Refund Policy

Payments made for completed discovery, design, development, testing, consultation, setup, deployment, or approved milestone work are generally non-refundable because the work is time-based and custom-made for the client.

If a project is cancelled before work starts on a paid milestone, FlutterFever may review the request and provide a partial refund after deducting administrative, planning, transaction, and already allocated resource costs.

For best clarity, each project should define milestone scope, timelines, deliverables, acceptance process, revision limits, and payment schedule before development begins.
